L'Hotel & One consists of two hotels:
L’Hotel - a 3-star superior property - with its entrance viale Firenze 12, 47924 Rimini, and One Design Hotel - 4-star - with its entrance at Viale Regina Elena, 205, 47924 Rimini.

If you are arriving by car and have booked your stay at L'Hotel, we recommend that you park in the small car park below to unload your luggage. If you have booked a paid parking space, please collect your access key from reception.

If, however, your booking is for One Design Hotel, we suggest you park in the property’s small car park (access via Viale Firenze) for the time it takes to unload your luggage.
If you have booked a paid parking space, we will give you the access key straight away at reception.

L’Hotel is open all year round, while One Design Hotel is open from May to September, with a few special openings throughout the year to coincide with events and exhibitions.

You can check in from 2:00 PM to midnight .
If you plan to arrive early, please contact us: we'll do our best to have your room ready for your arrival.

If your room isn't available yet, you can leave your bags at the hotel and start enjoying your holiday right away, taking advantage of the beach service (if included in your stay) or our wellness center.

If, however, your arrival is expected late at night, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements to welcome you.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Yes, late check-out is available on request and for a fee, subject to room availability.

If you want to use this service, please visit reception the day before your departure: we will check your room availability and book the service for you.

Yes, you can leave your luggage at the hotel free of charge after check-out, so you can enjoy Rimini at your leisure even on the day of your departure.

In summer, both hotels that make up L'Hotel & One are open.
At both L'Hotel and One Design Hotel, you can choose from the following board options:

• All-Inclusive with water and alcoholic (wine and beer) and soft drinks on tap at lunch and dinner, beach, SPA and rooftop access, and family services
• Half-board with breakfast and dinner*
• Full-board with breakfast, lunch and dinner*
• Bed & Breakfast with breakfast included
• Room only

*Lunch and dinner are served for all guests at the One Design Hotel restaurant.

In winter, only L'Hotel is open (except during certain periods, such as New Year’s Eve, Epiphany and major business exhibitions, when One Design Hotel is also open), with the following options:

• Bed & Breakfast
• Room only

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Cartasì)
• Debit cards
• Cash

A deposit is required to confirm your booking:

• Equal to the total cost of the stay for 1-night stays
• Equal to 50% of the total cost for 2-night stays
• Equal to 30% of the total cost for stays of 3 or more nights

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms and conditions apply to both L'Hotel & One hotels.

For summer bookings:

• Up to 15 days before arrival – free cancellation with a refund of the deposit
• 14 to 7 days before arrival – a voucher for the value of the deposit, valid for one year
• 6 to 1 day before arrival or no-show – loss of the deposit

For winter bookings, generally:

• Up to 5 days before arrival – free cancellation with a refund of the deposit
• 4 to 1 day before arrival or no-show – loss of the deposit

In any case, you'll find a section on cancellation policies within your quote.

No, the tourist tax is not included in the price of your stay and is payable for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

L’Hotel: €2.50 per person per day

One Design Hotel : €4.00 per person per day

The following are exempt/excluded from payment:

• children under the age of fourteen
• minor children, from the second child onwards,, if they stay with their parents, limited to the months of June, July and August, without prejudice to the exemption referred to in the previous point
• people assisting patients admitted to healthcare facilities within the municipal area, at a rate of one carer per patient
• personnel belonging to the state, provincial or local armed forces or corps, as well as the National Fire Brigade and Civil Protection, staying for work-related reasons
• any coach driver staying for work-related reasons
• one tour guide who provides assistance to groups organized by travel and tourism agencies, with one guide for every twenty-four participants
• staff employed by the property provider who work there
• "Groups of over-65s": Individuals aged 65 or over, forming part of groups organised by local public bodies, staying in 1-, 2- or 3-star properties, excluding the months of July and August. In the case of stays spanning July and August, only nights falling in June or September are exempt.
• persons with 100% disability
• any carers accompanying persons with 100% disability who receive a carer’s allowance (at the rate of one carer per person)
• foreign nationals seeking international protection who have arrived as part of unplanned migration flows and are covered by national emergency reception plans
• guests whose stay is paid for by the Municipality of Rimini
• ‘day use’ guests
• residents of the Municipality of Rimini
• stays of more than 7 consecutive nights

To qualify for exemption from the tourist tax, you must submit the relevant documentation, which should be requested from and handed in to the hotel in accordance with the municipal regulations.

Most rooms at One Design Hotel offer either a front or side sea view.
The Panoramic Room at L’Hotel features access to a private terrace with a private hot tub and sea views.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet style.

Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, both at L'Hotel and One Design Hotel, and features a selection of sweet and savoury options, including our own homemade pastries such as cakes, tarts and biscuits, cold cuts and cheeses, eggs, bacon and sausages, cereals and fresh seasonal fruit. Pancakes and crêpes are made to order, and coffee is served directly from the bar. Furthermore, during the summer months, you can enjoy breakfast on the outdoor terrace.

The restaurant is located at One Design Hotel.
At lunch and dinner, the buffet features a wide selection of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes, freshly prepared at our show-cooking station. There's also a station with appetizers, side dishes and desserts, as well as a handy buffet tailored to children's tastes.

The wellness area at L'Hotel is open all year round from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM, with the option to book exclusive evening access from 10:30 PM to midnight for an additional fee.

The wellness area at One Design Hotel is open from May to September, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
Entry to the rooftop must be booked and is available in two-hour slots.

Yes, the pool, like the entire wellness center at L'Hotel 3★s – is open all year round.
In winter the water is heated to 35°C.
The wellness area and rooftop of One Design Hotel 4★ are only open in summer.

Yes, we work with Beach 83 "Aloha" and Beach 85 "La Playa," both just steps from L'Hotel & One. With the All-Inclusive or B&B options starting from 4 nights, beach service is included in the quote.

Absolutely! The shallow, safe sandy seabed makes our beach ideal for families with children of all ages.

Yes, our partner beaches (85 - La Playa and 83 - Aloha) offer entertainment and courts for beach volleyball, teqball and beach tennis.

The all-inclusive package at L'Hotel & One is available exclusively in summer for stays at either hotel and includes:

Yes, both hotels of L'Hotel & One have car parks.

We have two convenient outdoor car parks available for a fee, just a short walk from the properties. Access is by reservation only; keys can be collected from reception.

Alternatively, L'Hotel also has 10 spaces available free of charge; these cannot be booked and are subject to availability.

Yes, One Design Hotel provides two electric car charging stations, available upon reservation, in the small on-site car park (used exclusively as a loading and unloading area).

Yes, both hotels have an elevator.

If you've booked at L'Hotel, we suggest you park your car in the car park at the bottom of the building to unload your luggage and collect the access key for the partner car park (booking on request and subject to a charge).

If you've booked at One Design Hotel, please leave your car temporarily in the small on-site car park (the property's loading/unloading area) so you can calmly unload your luggage, then ask at reception for the access key to the partner car park (booking on request and subject to a charge).

By train: If you’re coming from the north, get off at Rimini station. From there, you can take a taxi or catch bus no. 11 (Firenze stop - see route and timetables here) or the Metromare towards Riccione (Toscanini stop - see timetables and stops here): you’ll reach the hotel in just a few minutes.

If you’re coming from the south, we recommend getting off at Riccione station. From there, you can continue by taxi or take bus no. 11 or the Metromare towards Rimini.

By plane: If you’re landing at Rimini Fellini Airport, we recommend taking a taxi to L’Hotel & One. The journey takes around 10 minutes, depending on traffic.

L'Hotel & One boasts a truly prime location. Nestled between Marina Centro and Bellariva, both properties are away from the heavy traffic of Rimini’s city center yet perfectly served by public transportation.

To reach Rimini Exhibition Center, we recommend leaving your car at one of our partner parking lots and taking the Metromare service.
The Toscanini stop is the closest and is just a 1-minute walk from the hotel. This way, you’ll reach Rimini station in just 5 minutes, and from there, a train will take you directly to the exhibition entrance in just another 5-minute ride.

To reach the Conference Center in Rimini on Via della Fiera, however, the fastest way is by car. You’ll be there in about 10 minutes.

The Infermi Hospital in Rimini is a 1-kilometer walk from L'Hotel & One.
You can get there in about 15 minutes on foot, or by car or by taking bus no. 18, which takes about 5 minutes.

If you take the bus, the stop is on Via Chiabrera, near the Fuba restaurant.

Get off at the second stop, which is called “Ospedale.”
