An amazing hotel, 2 steps from the sea. Extremely clean, friendly staff, good breakfast sweet and salty.

We stayed for one night in the off-season and were lucky to find a free parking spot. From the moment we arrived, Matteo at the reception made our stay exceptional — he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. He even offered us an upgrade to a more spacious room and took the time to clearly explain all hotel services, including parking, the spa, and breakfast options. The room itself was convenient and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. Overall, it was a very good experience — Matteo’s outstanding hospitality truly made the difference!

Perfectly located along the beach, the bus stop (#21 Firenze) for Bus 11 was just a half-minute's walk away from their entrance. Very friendly staff with Antonella and her crew helping us out with borrowing a laptop charger and helping us store the luggage when we arrived early in the morning, giving us hot water for our tea, and just making us feel great! The jacuzzi on the rooftop with the sundeck was awesome as well. Can warmly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very clean and has a modern, stylish atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist with anything you might need. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast selection is also very big, there's enough options for anyone.The spa area is quiet and relaxing, while the heated pool is a real highlight, especially on colder days. Prices are also very good and overall, I can highly recommend this hotel!

As the manager of a 4-star hotel, I have a sharp eye for detail – and L’Hotel impressed me from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The team was exceptionally attentive, remembering our room number and personal preferences and going above and beyond to make sure we felt looked after. Our room was spotless every single day – no dust, no dirt, fresh towels daily, and everything perfectly in place when we returned. Breakfast was a daily highlight: fresh, delicious, with plenty of variety and authentic local specialties. Any request was handled instantly, and the recommendations we received were spot-on. From the immaculate pool to the perfectly kept grounds, this hotel is run with care and passion. Honestly, it deserves another star. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Rimini – and that’s coming from someone who knows the industry inside out. We will come back in 2026!
